As the publication date for A Conspiracy of Kings draws nearer and advance copies are beginning to circulate, please remember to use SPOILER WARNINGS and LJ-CUTS when discussing the book, as a courtesy to those who haven't read it and want to remain spoiler-free.

It's best to err on the side of caution, which means no information from the new book should be displayed on the main Sounis page. Those who want to read the info can click on the LJ-cut to get to the details, and others can remain blissfully in the dark until they are able to snag a copy of their own.

Edited to add: Kelly had a great idea--you may want to say if your post is mild, medium or maximum as far as level of spoilers are concerned.

So I think when you review it and what not you should do a spoilers alert going from
'mild'
'minimum'
and 'max'
I mean, I don't want the story spoiled for me, but I still need something [mild spoilers] to keep me going til MARCH :]

see in QoA the book was ruined for me from some reviewer who was like 'oh and attolia cuts off gen's hand' and i was reading the book with a cover on my face trying to avoid it, and knowing it would happen, and there was nothing i could do about it, and also not being suprised when it happened but upset and pissed at Attolia and then my sister opened the book to the end and was like 'its okay because they love each other in the end' and I was like WHAAAT?

I completely agree--I don't mind mild spoilers but I don't want to know that, I don't know, Teleus dies. So please, mark the level of spoiler as well!
