The Queen of Attolia: Jewelry

Alright, so I'm here again with another post I wanted you guys to look at. This time it's a post about the earrings Gen stole and gave to Attolia in the Queen of Attolia. I would have put the pictures up here, but they wouldn't fit for some reason (still trying to figure this place out), so, once again, have a tumblr post.

Basically, I was thinking about the earrings and found a jewelry customizing site where I tried my best with what they had there to create them.

I also ended up doing some other jewelry (rings and such), and looking up pictures of headbands on etsy that I could match to them, as Gen's point in giving her the earrings was because they matched her Hephestia-style imitation headpiece.

I responded on your Tumblr page, but the jewelry looks great! I especially love the ruby ring, I can totally see it as Irene's wedding ring. LOL, can you imagine what their wedding ceremony was like?

Oh my God, haha. That would be great, but I get the feeling that the ceremony was a lot less and a bunch more hostile, since everyone hated Gen. But I saw your comment on tumblr (thanks) and I could totally see it as her ring wedding ring too :)

They're more ornamental than I imagined them, but then again, I imagine them quite subtle, which is not really quite accurate.

Yeah, my sister feels a bit the same way. But I have the feeling that royal jewelry is a way to show off the rule r's wealth as well as looking pretty, so I went with that. :)

As far as adding pictures, you have to upload them to your scrapbook first, I think, and then you can insert them into a post. At least, that's how I do it with a paid account.
