So, we were talking and started interrogating each other and realized that none of us know each other very well at all. Our introductory posts are all generally comprised of "OMFG! Other people who like MWT! *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!*" because we're just so excited to find this group.

Anyway, I thought maybe a meme might be interesting. If you don't want to do it, then by all means, you don't have to. But hopefully, it'll be a fun way for us to all get to know each other better :)

1. Your name, gender: Aesa, female... Aesa being my friends' shortened version of Theresa...
2. General Geographic Location: Between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY. About 30 minutes from the Canadian border and the Falls.
3. How were you introduced to the books? I was the librarians 'pet' in my middle school and she let me have the first pick of new books as they came in. When I was in 6th grade she let me take the Thief home... I fell in love with it immediately and it's been my favorite book/series since. I was... maybe 11 at the time.
4. Favorite character. Why? Gen! He's been such an inspiration for my own personality... he was (and still is!) my hero. XP
5. Your favorite band, or site, or book, or whatever: I love the website me and my partner in crime, Bidelle Riyushi run as a studio for our artwork. NMHB Studios (http://www.NMHB.net)
6. Your most used messenger name: Ravensthief on AIM.
7. Favorite moment/line in the books: "Like a tool, for instance, a very well-behaved hammer, I stretched out by the fire and went to sleep" from The Thief. It is the one line that always stuck with me as summing up MWT's style of ironic writing... It's the style in which I have tried to imitate my own writing..
8. Pick a theme song for any one of the characters, or an overall book. "Master of Disguise" by Arcturus has good lyrics, but not really similar music.. hmmm... I'd have to think about this one... even the lyrics don't really fit Gen... they make the Master of Disguise (http://www.elyrics.net/read/a/arcturus-lyrics/master-of-disguise-lyrics.html) sound too evil for Gen...
9. Favorite color! Red > Dark Green > Red-orange> Silver> all other colors. XP
10. What do you want to be when you get big? And ESL teacher in Japan. =3
