Let's Get *ahem* Serious For A Moment

In honor of fabricalchemist and ferris_girl visiting the Esteemed Author tomorrow, I have written a poem.

Unlike Dite, I cannot write in flawless classic pentameter, but I did...well, I was going to say my best, but even I must admit that it is just...terrible.

I don't know Ferris well enough to write about her, so I had to limit myself to the Dancing Bear.


A Truly Terrible Limerick
There once was a fierce Dancing Bear
Who, alas, to the author did declare
(After choosing to dine
On truffles and cyber-wine)
That we must know of Gen's underwear.


I know, it sucks. Please don't hurt me.

I don't think there is, but knowing certain people we'll get there in time for dinner, shopping AND sitting around boredly. So I'm pretty sure we'll be good.
